Every custom and gold mug is made just for you from the design you approved, so they are non-returnable, except when they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved preview.
Our promise
If your mug arrives damaged, misprinted or different from the preview you approved, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we’ll remake it free or refund you. No need to send it back.
Write to us at management@mycuriositycove.com or use our contact form with your order number and a photo of the mug, and tell us whether you’d like a new mug or your money back.
We keep the preview you approved with your order, so we can quickly compare what arrived with what you approved.
